Out of Hours
When Gillan House is closed there are a number of ways you can receive help.  Please see "Out of Hours" under the heading Further Information to the right of this Home Page.

All surgeries are by appointment only. You may make an appointment in person, online or by telephone. There are three incoming telephone lines which are answered in rotation. If the lines are engaged please try again. Our staff try to deal with calls as quickly as possible.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Requests for medicines used regularly for chronic problems as agreed by the doctor can be issued without the need for an appointment. The doctor reviews this regularly and may ask you to make an appointment.

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be handed in to reception, posted, requested by your nominated pharmacy or ordered online via patient access.

We do not accept telephone requests unless the patient is housebound.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process, longer if prescriptions are to be posted to you. A stamped, addressed envelope must be enclosed with the repeat prescription request.
