We are now using a new system for online consultation called patient triage instead of the eConsult form. The new system will be easier for you to access our services for both admin and clinical requests.
Patients will benefit from a shortened questionnaire which will be saved directly to your records, clinicians can also send direct links to patient via text message to book an appointment. The new system will save time and effort when completing an online consultation which we hope will lead to a better experience for our patients.
